Fonds Professionell Service Award in 2019: for the third Time in a row, „OUTSTANDING“ for the Wiener Städtische insurance

The Wiener Städtische was awarded in the framework of the awarding of the Austrian Fund price in the Messe Wien for their constant outstanding service performance.

Vienna (OTS) – For the third Time in a row, Wiener Städtische was the recognition of her „outstanding“ services. Wiener Städtische managing Board Director Doris Wendler accepted the award and said: „We will expand and optimise our range of services on an ongoing basis. Both the product as well as the quality of care is our goal, our leadership in innovation to expand further – I am very proud of the repeated award.“

Service has many aspects

In addition to the Austria-wide, personal on-site support through a competent partner supervisor Wiener Städtische will continue its digitalization offensive swiftly, and has introduced in the past year, the continuous digital process of consultation. With the Tool „Smart & Easy“ to the survey of needs and statement of the managers of the IDD is supported-compliant advice. Training

The partner College is offering the free training initiative of Wiener Städtische for sales partners and their employees, the knowledge in the whole of Austria, trainings for sales partners relevant topics – from basic training to the special.

„Good Service is characterized by the rapid, precise delivery of current information to customers and contracts, without neglecting the personal component in dealing with the distribution partners. You will need competent, local contact person, a good IT and target group-oriented products,“ says Wendler.
