With less staff, more

The Situation is aggravated by the fact that, overall, less staff is employed. It so less people need to provide more services. In addition, the work on the patient, due to the demographic change, more and not less. Because the patients are older on average, and care-intensive. There is a risk that the quality of treatment can not be maintained: The 27.5% of respondents say at least. Nearly 43% say that the staff resource issues (personnel, staff).

Acute care hospitals not affected

Under the Situation, in particular, care will suffer facilities and rehabilitation centers. Acute care hospitals are not currently affected. Beds are generally sufficient. However, the personnel problem is evident: to be 31%, and especially, the Doctors indicate that the greatest future challenge will be to find enough staff (Doctors), or Physicians to hold in the company (13%). In addition, the Doctors for 27%, the question is whether the quality of treatment in the future. It is the question of how the Situation in Acute hospitals will develop, so that should come true the fears of the Doctors (doctors lack).
