Ground-breaking ceremony in 2252 Angern an der March/Ollersdorf

Gänserndorf/Angern an der March (OTS) – The ground-breaking ceremony on Monday, 11. March 2019, made by Councilor Dr. Martin Eichtinger (in representation of woman country woman Mag. Johanna Mikl-Leitner), the mayor of Angern an der March, Robert Meißl, and the business leaders of the Gewog Arthur Krupp forms the Start for the construction of a supported residential house with 33 flats.

The ready-to-1 – to 3-room apartments in the size between about 51 and 84 m2 and feature elegant floor plans and an optimum use of the available land as well as by numerous equipment details. These include, among others:

* Barrier-free adjustability of the apartments

* Attractive open spaces in the Form of terraces and balconies

* Generous tenant gardens office unit houses the ground-floor apartments

* Central SATELLITE system

* Underfloor heating pump air-water-heat, in addition, a photovoltaic system located on the roof with battery storage
