Munich (ots) – The University of television and Film (HFF) in Munich, has appointed Martin Moszkowicz to the honorary Professor. HFF President Prof. Bettina Reitz: „Martin Moszkowicz is varied for the HFF Munich. As Chairman of the Executive Board of Constantin Film AG and, thus, top managers in the German film landscape, he passed on his Knowledge as a guest-lecturer of the Department of media production and management (head: Prof. Ulrich Limmer) to the students and occurs already at the very beginning of their careers with them in a professional exchange. In addition, Constantin Film AG also supports numerous events, the HFF in Munich, and is an important employer for your Alumni*ae.“

Martin Moszkowicz, Chairman of Constantin Film AG and will be responsible for in addition to the corporate management and strategy, among other things, the areas of production, Film distribution, Film buying, Marketing & press as well as business communications and law. As a producer, Executive Producer, Co-producer Martin Moszkowicz has been responsible for numerous national and internationally successful feature films and has been involved in over 300 productions.

Born in 1958, studied Martin Moszkowicz, Ludwig-Maximilians-University of Munich. He began his career as a production Manager and line producer, Line Producer and producer. In 1985, he was managing Director of M+P Film GmbH in Munich. Since 1990, Martin Moszkowicz, member of the Management of Constantin Film -first as a producer and Director, starting in 1999, as a member of the Board of management for the area of Film and television. 2015 Martin Moszkowicz, took over the chairmanship of the Board. Under his Leadership, created ground-breaking productions such as THE MOVING MAN (1994) with Director Sönke Wortmann, Michael Bully Herbigs THE SHOE OF the MANITU (2001), Caroline link’s Oscar®-winning Drama NOWHERE IN AFRICA (2001), RESIDENT EVIL (2002) with Director Paul W. S. Anderson, THE SUNSET (2004) with Director Oliver Hirschbiegel, THE PERFUME – THE STORY of A MURDERER (2006) with Director Tom Tykwer, THE BAADER MEINHOF COMPLEX (2008), the Oscar®, the Golden Globe Award and the BAFTA® Award, A YEAR (2008), POPE Joan (2009), WICKIE AND THE STRONG MEN (2009), THE THREE MUSKETEERS (2011), CARNAGE (2011), TURKISH FOR BEGINNERS (2012), 3096 DAYS (2013), FACK JU GÖHTE (2013), LOVE, ROSIE – forever MAYBE (2014), MRS. MÜLLER was nominated, IN the WINTER, the WAY (2015), OSTWIND 2 (2015), FACK JU GÖHTE 2 (2015) HE’S BACK (2015). Among his recent projects, shadow hunters (2016), THIS STUPID HEART (2017), RESIDENT EVIL: THE FINAL CHAPTER (2017), FACK JU GÖHTE 3 (2017), first NAME (2018), POLAR (2019) and MONSTER HUNTER (in production).
