Linz (OTS) – Today, it is that time again: Once a year, on the 8. March for international women’s day, discover the benefits of the female sex, suddenly – for example, women manage a large family, women, broken by their commitment, the glass ceiling and made a career or a Manager who managed to bring children and career. All models of life, which are considerable.
Much more important than the today’s day of action, which also drives some of the flowers, but it would be to measure throughout the year for women to your services and to pay accordingly. The Job of a caregiver is at least as challenging as those in the blast furnace, but between the wages in services and in technical Professions are worlds apart still. As long as almost only men identify in the company of the clock, will change it – is to worry about – nothing Serious. It is high time that women get the same importance in the society that you deserve. In return, it is also time that men accept the same proportion as women in unpaid work in the household, in the education of the children or the volunteers.
