
Schallaburg presents this year „The hands work“
Opening by LH Mikl-Leitner at the 14. March
St. Pölten (OTS/NLK) – As a Declaration of love to the skills of the hands, the Schallaburg presents year of 16. March to 3. November, the exhibition „The work of the hands“, on Thursday, 14. March, will be opened by the country’s main wife, Johanna Mikl-Leitner.
Under the Motto „the hands look with the eyes,“ shows you understand the Shop unique masterpieces of a gate in wrought iron of the world exhibition in Antwerp in 1898 up to a six-centimeter-to-play a miniature violin made of Gold, innovative tool such as the excellent pair of tweezers of the designer, Clemens Auer, and nearly forgotten stories, craft life from the middle ages to the present day.

Exhibition tours start from Monday to Friday at 9.30, 11, 14 and 15.30, on Saturdays, at 9.30, 11, 13, 14 and 16 PM, and on Sundays and holidays 9.30, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 and 16 PM. Every Sundays and public holidays from 14.30 guided tours for families, including shadow play, tool-puzzles and common book binding.
Also new is a „Schallaburg-Card“ is 15 Euro, while the duration of the exhibition free admission to the Schallaburg castle and its events, as well as additional benefits such as special tours or „Bring a Friend Day“ is this year.
