Thursday, 14. March: KV private March against refusing to Talk forests, according to the strong protest

Forestry workers from all over Austria to demonstrate in Carinthia for higher wages

Vienna. (OTS) – In the negotiations on collective agreements for the private forests, there is so far no movement by the employer. 22. January has been canceled in the second collective bargaining for the workers of the domestic private forests without result. The employer has granted further negotiations, a refusal, and only a non-binding recommendation to the company to increase the wages of 2.4 percent. The councils have therefore decided to protest the measures.

It will start with a rally in front of the municipal office. Then, a loud protest follows a March, the final rally will be held at the Parking lot in front of the entrance of Johann of Thurn-Valsassina (negotiation, head of the employer). (Final)
