ProntoPro surveyed Austrians ‚Gender Pay Gap‘
Vienna (OTS) – Vienna, 7. March 2019 – The ‚Gender Pay Gap‘, the wage and income gap between women and men, is still a cause for discussion. On the occasion of world women’s day, 8. The idea of ‚equal pay for equal work‘ has not arrived in Austria yet really fully, the survey shows, especially not with the male half. 88 percent of the respondents fully agree that women and men should receive the same salary when performing the same work. 95 percent of the women who are asking for content equality, but only 80 percent of men.
