Accenture study on the international women’s day: culture of equality drives Innovation in the workplace

Vienna (OTS) – In its annual study of the world women’s day, „Getting to Equal, 2019“, the consulting firm Accenture, that is a culture of equality, one of the most important factors for Innovation in companies. The innovation is the mindset of the employees – their ability and willingness to innovate-in a company with a strong culture of equality six times higher than companies with the least gender equality.

Accenture defines a culture of equality on the basis of several factors at work that determine whether women in particular, the path allows to the top, including a progressive management team, non-discriminatory structures and an enabling environment.
