Vienna, Austria – The Supervisory Board of the publicly listed Semperit AG Holding company, has decided to mandate on the management Board chief financial officer (CFO) Frank Gumbinger (50) to 30. To extend to June 2022. „This step is in the midst of the ongoing restructuring and transformation process, a consistent continuation of the fundamental projects for the modernization and optimization of its Board of Directors agendas for sure. We are very happy that Mr. Gumbinger is for another Board term,“ said Dr. Christoph Kollatz, Chairman of the Supervisory Board.
