
High-profile speakers at Rethink Cybersecurity
New cyber safety strategies for Austria in focus
Vienna (OTS) – cyber attacks continue to dominate the headlines and threaten the further digitisation in Austria. Global cyber crime and digital uncertainties that impact our society and economy. Who defended in the future, networked systems, and how? How can cyber-security for the future digital Transformation in Austria – and beyond – to be thought?
These questions, Rethink Cybersecurity, the first 14 are in the focus of the event. March 2019 in the framework of this year’s Vienna Cyber Security Week and the Viennese IT service provider, Anovis, the Board of Trustees safe Austria (KSÖ), the SBA Research (centre of excellence for information security), as well as the event partner force point is organized.
Rethink Cybersecurity brings together leading figures from politics, business and science to discuss the current threats in the cyber space, and new approaches for a secure and resilient business landscape. Speakers are, among other things, the Director of the European Agency for network and information security Agency (ENISA), Udo Helmbrecht, as well as renowned cyber security experts such as Tom Koehler (CymbiQ Group) and Jimmy Heschl (Red Bull).
In the framework of the Rethink Cybersecurity Start-up, will also be presented-ups and young companies with innovative ideas, products and services European companies are safer. In the course of the competition [Security Rockstars] (http://www.securityrockstars.at/) (2015 SBA Research, the KSÖ and KPMG launched) was looking for new Security products, the best 15 will be presented at the event.
The Rethink Cybersecurity on 14. March 2019 from 15.00 to 20.00 o’clock in the premises of the economic chamber Austria (WKO), Wiedner Hauptstraße 63, a-1045 Vienna, instead.
