License acceptance due to excessive speed

Officials from the land transport Department of Vienna, noted in the course of the patrol a car driver who drove on the highway with very high speed. The Handlebar was driving in the area of 80-km/h-limit of up to 137 km/h, after deduction of the tolerances. In consequence, a Handlebar and a vehicle was carried out in control. The displayed was confronted with the facts of the case, whereupon he announced that he was in a hurry. Due to the substantial exceeding the speed limit associated with the hazard of other road users, the officers took his license on the spot provisionally.
