Lukas Perman collects donations for CS house for mother and child

Vienna (OTS) – For many years, Lukas Perman engaged, together with his wife Marjan Shaki social in many ways. In the context of a fundraiser for the ensemble of the Vereinigten Bühnen Wien on 4.1.2019 in the Ronacher and the 5.1.2019 at the Raimund Theater 5.972,45 Euro were collected for the [CS house for mother and child ] (https://www.cs.at/muki). Here women and their children find to psychological or physical violence situations. In the project „children are Unbeatable“ is trauma therapy funded so that life can succeed on its own.

Lukas Perman asks fellow since 2010, with its Spectacle and colleagues in the Ronacher and Raimund Theater to raise funds for people in Need. About his Motivation to help people, he says:

„It was the earthquake disaster in Haiti, let us be active. We have here given every day an idea, the life is enjoyed and then we home are come, and have seen the pictures of the earthquake disaster of Haiti. We can ask people who have experienced a beautiful evening, to help with a donation to the other, and that’s what we do until today. Do-gooder has become almost a dirty word, but what is bad to help someone get back on their feet?“, Lukas Perman at the awards ceremony the Golden medal of honour for merits to the Republic of Austria on the 18.1.2019 in the Raimund Theater.

In January, the Ensemble is asked to the notions of „I am from Austria“ and „Bodyguard“, visitors to make a donation for the CS house for mother and child.

CS house for mother and child – MUKI

The CS house for mother and child provides transitional housing for single mothers with up to three children. The mother inhabits with her children, a self-contained residential unit and is accompanied by a multi-professional Team consisting of Social workers and a psychotherapist. The aim of the stay is to lead the family back to a more independent life in their own apartment.

Children are Unbeatable

80% of the children who find help and shelter in the CS house for mother and child, have experienced psychological or physical violence situations. So that the trust can succeed in life despite this experience, there are trauma therapy, which is exclusively financed by donations.
