Roadmap for a successful teaching – new digital training tool for catering available

Vienna (OTS/BMDW) company in the catering industry since the beginning of the year a new electronic assistance tool for the apprenticeship. Under www.ausbildungsfahrplan.at training companies and trainers can plan individually for each apprentice in the company the training design and the training progress. „The doctrine is a well-founded and future-oriented vocational training. As a modern vocational training system needs to react quickly and flexibly to changed conditions in the economic and the world of work, such as digitisation, which will be developed in apprenticeship training constantly,“ says Minister of economic Affairs Margaret Schramböck:
„The new training roadmap is an important milestone in this direction. He offers both the apprentices and the Trainers the possibility to test the acquisition of competencies and to individual Feedback.“

The „training schedule“ is voluntary and builds as a support tool for the implementation of in-company training everyday on the respective profession in the teaching chef/cook, restaurant expert and gastronomy expert on occupations. The start is on individual permissions. For more information on the functionalities you can find on www.ausbildungsfahrplan.at.
The new online-based training tool was developed together with the social partners and is part of a comprehensive strategy to the dual training system as a tradition of education to continue to develop future-oriented and to provide new training content appropriate to the target group. Of the already available application around 7,300 apprentices in Austria can benefit. Currently working on the roll-out to other training segments, wherein the experiences from the now launched the first Phase should be included.
