Strategic acquisition by ADCURAM portfolio companies: grating specialist, ASM will be part of the MEA group
Munich (ots) – Just a few months after the Takeover by the Munich-based industrial holding company ADCURAM, the MEA group has realized a significant acquisition: the Adolf Schreiber GmbH (ASM) from Münsingen, Germany, a long-established specialist provider of part of the international construction supplier, based in Aichach. The transaction is already completed, the Details will not be disclosed.
ASM, the former Adolf pen metal products factory, was founded in 1872 and has focused for more than 50 years in the manufacture of high-quality steel gratings, and stainless steel. The experience and the high quality claim of the company, a number of national and international clients from industry, the engineering and construction industry. ASM produces gratings individually in a variety of sizes, thicknesses and mesh sizes on modern equipment.
As a future part of the business area, Metal Applications, ASM complements the MEA-Portfolio with additional high-quality stainless steel grates and controls important, automated manufacturing capacity for the constantly growing order volume in the case of MEA.
