Salzburg (OTS) – alongside his work, conceived the study programme “Master in Training and Development (MTD)“ the SMBS – University of Salzburg Business School, is aimed at managers, trainers and Coaches engaged in your training/Coaching tasks in a professional, managerial know-how – with training/coaching knowledge sent a link and personal development to filing.

The content of a broad range of master’s degree is in German-speaking countries as the „Salzburg model“ are well known.

The focus of the practice-oriented master’s programme, the strengthening of social skills, the improvement of process skills and Understanding of group processes and Resolve intra-organizational conflicts.

The „Salzburg model“ not only conveys current Knowledge on the state of the scientific research, but also strengthens the individual and social skills to implement this Knowledge.

The program is designed for working professionals and 3 Semester will be offered in weekend modules (Friday afternoon / Saturday all day). The 4. Semester is for the individual processing of the master’s thesis from the respective environment of the students.

This internationally recognized master’s degree (MTD) offers broad exchange of experience and self-experience. The dynamic of the group encourages self-reflection and allows to transfer the theoretical Knowledge acquired through the case examples in the field of work of the participants. The master’s programme concludes with the academic degree of a „Masters in Training and Development“ of the state University of Salzburg.
