worldwide supplier of high performance sensor solutions, announced today the successful pricing of an additional EUR 200 million aggregate principal amount of senior notes due 2025 at a coupon of 6.00% per annum at an issue price of 100.75% and implied 5.82% yield to maturity, and an additional USD 50 million aggregate principal amount of senior notes due 2025 at a coupon of 7.00% per annum at an issue price of 100.75% and implied 6.82% yield to maturity (the “Additional Notes”), in connection with the acquisition of OSRAM Licht AG.

ams intends to use the proceeds from the offering of the Additional Notes for general corporate purposes (including the refinancing of existing indebtedness) and to pay certain fees and expenses related to the offering of the Additional Notes. The offering of the Additional Notes is expected to close and the Additional Notes are expected to be issued on or around 20 July 2020. ###
