Nach der alpinen Ski-WM in Saalbach war auch das Interesse an der nordischen WM in Trondheim groß, jenes an den Schanzen und Loipen und jenes der Fans vor den Bildschirmen: Insgesamt 3,704 Millionen waren während der gesamten WM von 26. Februar bis 9. März 2025 via ORF 1 zumindest einmal kurz dabei (weitester Seherkreis), das entspricht 49 Prozent der heimischen TV-Bevölkerung ab zwölf Jahren.
