Martha Bißmann shows solidarity with Greta Thunberg

The wild members Martha Bißmann visited for weeks, pupils in the whole of Austria.

Vienna, Graz, Austria (OTS) – The global student protests of the former environmental and climate spokesperson of the list of mushroom (in the meantime the list Now) a special concern.

According to Bißmann students*challenge especially vehemently that politics is listening. Martha Bißmann visited since the weeks of student protests in Austria and is in constant dialogue with the movement.

Greta Thunberg, according to Bißmann an admirable, intelligent young woman with a great Vision. „I would meet you really very happy,“ says Bißmann.

Bißmann‘s Statement on the movement:

The climate, strikes are a strong sign, a loud democratic appeal to the adults, finally and quickly the change in the System. Because when it comes to climate change, it is not just about greenhouse gases. It’s about a better, fairer life in respectful cooperation with nature, of which we are part.

I am convinced that the #Friday forfuture movement is the first global environmental movement. It is at least as large and significant as the ‚ 68-movement.

Because young people today have a higher awareness than it was even decades ago. Because you feel the injustice.

Every Friday meet to demonstrate world’s young people for a better Tomorrow. Climate change is a big threat for all of us and could lead to large parts of our planet to be indefinitely inhabitable. Therefore, #Friday forfuture.“
