Mushroom: First, authorities fail to clarify

Mushroom welcomes the proposal of the SPÖ and the establishment of the all-party Committee of inquiry

Vienna (OTS) – mushroom: „I welcome the statement by Thomas Drozda, without the need for a full investigation of the possible authorities failure in the murder case, „Dornbirn“ no talks about a constitutional majority for a protective custody. In a Committee of inquiry, which will be jointly used by all parties, but should be clarified further cases of authorities ‚ failure:

Erdogan’s police organizations like ATIB.“

Peter Pilz, but clear: „The SPÖ should consider very carefully whether it is seriously willing to make to the Federal constitutional law on the protection of the personal freedom of a protective custody authorization act. If the authorization law is decided, may order that any government with a simple majority, the persecution of other groups by law: animal rights activists, environmental activists, government critics, football fans…“

The Ball is now in the government parties. „If it is Short and Strache agree, it can be in a few weeks with the parliamentary investigation of the authorities‘ failure started,“ says Pilz.
