VP-Aichinger: congratulations to the new leadership trio of the Kunsthalle Wien

Think about the profile and the self-understanding of the Kunsthalle Wien is necessary – Kunsthalle has to be a calling card for the cultural location of Vienna

Vienna (OTS) – „We congratulate the drag – and – desire, the new artistic Director of the Kunsthalle in Vienna-the leading trio WHW with Ivet Curlin, Sabina Sabolovic and Natasa Ilic-all the best for the challenging task, the Kunsthalle of a fundamental Re-positioning“, the ÖVP Vienna’s culture spokesman Fritz Aichinger. „It is good and right, here to try something New, to bring fresh Wind in the Kunsthalle. However, it is a mega task to make a now-marginalized of the house of one of the Central places for contemporary art,“ says Aichinger. It was urgently necessary, the profile and self-understanding of the Kunsthalle thinking. „It is clear, it needs to be addressed a wider audience and an increased interest in the scene in Vienna“, the culture of the speaker.
