Further clarification of the province of Burgenland against Michael Tojner

The auditing Association has not audited the annual financial statements of Riedenhof and Gesfö for the years 2014 and 2015.

Vienna (OTS) – In a under the title „fraud indicator: Investor Tojner counters Doskozil with public liability action“ article published in today’s courier Investor Michael Tojner is justified, „(…) that had designed the country in the administrative procedures of the companies Gesfö and Riedenhof in the years 2015 and 2016, with renowned experts, encouraging unit – including a real estate law specialist law firm, a Top-of-the auditors and the audit Association of the non-profit building Associations.“

January 2019 was made, audited the annual financial statements of the companies Gesfö and Riedenhof by the audit the Association only up to the fiscal year 2013. The two companies in October of 2015 – before the audit of the 2014 financial year due to the revision of the Association was completed – the non-profit status revoked. An examination of the jurisdiction of the Association for the years 2014 and 2015 was no longer.

The final cash consideration for both companies was established in August 2016. It was determined on the basis of the annual financial statements for 2015. Neither the annual report nor the final money power were examined by the revision Association, reviewed or confirmed. The Land of Burgenland granted in connection with the calculation of the final cash, no order to the – to this point in time, anyway not more competent auditing Association.
