Reminder AVISO 8.3.: The media event „the day of the Viennese district museums“

Vienna (OTS/RK) – this year’s „day of the Vienna district museums“ will take place on Sunday, 17. March, instead. This year, the volunteer district historians devote themselves to the theme „a guest in Vienna“. Vienna district museums show in the time from 10.00 to 16.00 lovingly designed district-related exhibitions, the information about Restaurants, taverns, Heurigen give local, coffee shops and „pubs“ in the past. Framework programmes and a picture book complement the project.

On Friday, 8. In March, the President of the „ARGE Vienna district museums and special museums“, Heinrich Spitznagl, and the author and curator of the district Museum of Meidling, Hans W. Bousska, in the presence of members of the CONSORTIUM Board and other Museum Directors, exhibitions and artistic performances. A representative of the publisher informed about the new book.
