The RTL II-social reportage „Hartz and warm“ returns for a second Time, in the Mannheim-based Benz-barracks. Already in 2017, the documentation that accompanied the inhabitants of the well-known apartment blocks and caused a stir. Now there is a reunion with Dagmar, Elvis and Beate. What has changed since then for you?

Already in 2017, Hartz, and a warm welcome to The Mannheim-based Benz-barracks „hit“ medial-high waves. The a lot of reportage accompanied the residents noticed Social with your hard and full of deprivation of everyday life and left a lasting impression. Now the report returns to Mannheim and shows what has changed since then in the Benz barracks.

Reunion with Dagmar: The good soul of the settlement remains a resident alone in a small house. With sadness, they watched as their old place of work, the Kiosk is demolished. For 15 years she worked there, her low income. The few money now falls away.

For Elvis and his wife, Katrin, a move. The Couple with seven children gets a new apartment and finally has a private bedroom. The nine members of the family simply grabs their belongings in bags and drive it with a handcart to your new home. The renovation is for Elvis, however, a real test of patience.

For the production of the three-part series, camera teams of the late summer of 2018 until the end of January 2019 on a daily basis in Mannheim, Germany.
