Simmering: BV Stadler to the SPÖ – „For they know not what they do“
Despite the majority’s rejection of the district Council, the SPÖ insisted on the million loop for the line 6.
Vienna (OTS) – „The SPÖ councillor Sima Simmering looks, apparently, as the SPÖ province, where you turn to the Lord of the manor style, and exercise“, the Simmeringer district head Paul Stadler on the latest SPÖ-projects in the district. The SPÖ district Deputy chief Thomas Steinhart referred to yesterday, the resistance of the Simmeringer district representative, voted with the votes of the FPÖ, the ÖVP and the Greens are opposed to the planned loop of tram line 6, as an „attack on public transport“. „This statement represents, however, rather an attack on the minds of the simmering and the democratic decisions of district representation,“ says Stadler. „If democratic decisions for the members are rock Hard, so intolerable, he should look for a quieter and calmer outside employment policy“.
Stadler makes it clear: „I stand 100% behind the unanimous decision of a second tram line for Kaiser-ebersdorf, but the whole of the SPÖ-concept for the 11S is an incredibly expensive Mess“. For a pure prestige project of the SPÖ would be millions of tax money is destroyed. „Because the red favorites don’t want the 6 loop, pushes you, the matter is now simply the SUMMERLIN like,“ says Stadler.
Ztl: planning chaos for a prestigious project
For almost three years, the procedure to draw an appropriate route for the retort line, which actually nobody wants and nobody needs, now. „Except maybe the Ego of the wife, Sima,“ says Stadler.
The fact is that The loop for the 6 would cost 8 million euros in tax money wasted. In addition, the hostage mountain road would be blocked for half a year in different Places, which would mean, especially for small businesses and shops along this important link road to enormous losses.
Ztl: a Simple solution is on the table
Everything would be very simple: „The most cost-effective Alternative to the extension of the line would be 71 to six stations, and the receipt of the line 6 in its current Form,“ explains Stadler. „And when the SPÖ wants to a 11, the 6-series renaming,“ says Stadler. „As the line is, I don’t care, I just want to finally, only a rapid and cost-effective solution for Kaiserebersdorf,“ said the district head.
