Custos Vermögungsverwaltungs GmbH and Salapo Beteiligungsverwaltungs GmbH established a merger contract on March 4, 2021, that transfers the assets of Salapo Beteiligungsverwaltungs GmbH. Salapo Beteiligungsverwaltungs GmbH’s principle asset comprises 5.72% of the shares in ANDRITZ AG, held indirectly through its holding in Certus Beteiligungs-GmbH.
