Everything for the Sausage – innovations in the AMA-seal of quality

St. Pölten (OTS) – With the “AMA quality seal” excellent ham, bacon and sausage were had to meet previously strict quality criteria. Now there are further requirements in order to receive this award by the agricultural market Austria:
