Korosec: Vienna needs more funds-children’s doctors

Attractive professional required – councillor Hacker needs to ensure urgent fee increase to 2020 – Expansion of the primary care push

Vienna (OTS) – „It needs a more Attractive profession of a doctor. Us, the children of doctors, unfortunately, this is no longer just want to be as a doctor,“ said the ÖVP Vienna health spokeswoman Ingrid Korosec, who shares the Concerns of patients, a lawyer fungus.

Korosec is reminiscent of last year’s fee negotiations between the Vienna regional health insurance Fund and the medical chamber.

„Reason for concern, however, that the outcome of the negotiations was fixed only for the year 2019. The increase for the year 2020 is bound to the financial commitment of the city of Vienna,“ Korosec and more: „to see town Council Hacker must speedily ensure clarity, increase and so its contribution to the Attractive provide,“ says Korosec.

At the same time there needs to be a greater Expansion of primary care and especially primary care centres.
